It's estimated that 1 in 8 teenagers suffer from anxiety. This is very sad for the young person, and a huge worry for you, as a parent or carer, with knowing how best to help.

Hello, I'm Jason.

My goal, as a young person's solution focused hypnotherapist for anxiety, is for them to move forward to a calm and happier life - and for you, as the parent/carer to feel hugely relieved and less stressed too.
​
I focus on helping teenagers to recognise positive aspects of their lives and identify and achieve their goals. This is via conversation and then hypnosis to access the subconscious mind and change negative thought patterns and behaviours.

I'm a dad of 4 children, based in Polegate, near Eastbourne in East Sussex. I can appreciate that you may feel unsure about hypnotherapy, however, rest assured that your child is in full control at all times.
​
I combine both hypnotherapy and psychotherapy to help tweens and teenagers overcome many types of anxiety and make positive changes.
