​My goal, as a young person's solution focused hypnotherapist for anxiety and mental health challenges, is for them to move forward to a calm and happier life - and for you, as the parent/carer to feel hugely relieved and less stressed too.&nbsp;​I focus on helping teenagers to recognise positive aspects of their lives and identify and achieve their goals.&nbsp;This is via conversation and then hypnosis to access the subconscious mind and change negative thought patterns and behaviours.&nbsp;​I'm a dad of 4 children, based in Polegate, near Eastbourne in East Sussex. I can appreciate that you may feel unsure about hypnotherapy, however, rest assured that your child is in full control at all times.&nbsp;​I combine both hypnotherapy and psychotherapy to help tweens and teenagers overcome many types of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD and make positive changes.
